Thomas Broomé (born in Malmö, Sweden, in 1971) lives and works in Stockholm. He studied at the Valand Academy (1993) in Gothenburg, then Fine Arts and New Media at the University of Gothenburg (1996). He then continued his studies in Crafts and Design at the University College of Arts (1997) in Stockholm. He has been an artist/researcher at Smart Studio/Interactive Institute (1999-2004) and a professor at Valand Academy (2003-2008).
